The Filler's 2nd Day on Maui

On this day we got up early and headed out with some Krispy Creme Doughnuts and a ton of snacks and drinks. We knew we were going to have a long day ahead of us. We just didn't think that we would be on the road for 9 hours. We took the road to Hana. It was the most beautiful yet treacherous road ever. The road consists of 617 curves and 56 bridges along the north east coast of the island. We drove through hours of rain forests where of course it was raining. I opened the window quite a few times to hear the birds. Lil Wil said all he heard were crickets. Poor Patrick got so sick on the ride. We don't know if he was car sick or if he had some kind of stomach virus. After that he did not want to hear the words Hana or doughnuts. We made many stops along the way to check out waterfalls. We stopped at one to take a swim, but they were not open to the public because of the rough current. We were all disappointed. We also made a stop at a lava tube that we got to explore. Lil Wil was so scared because it was so dark, but they did give us flashlights thank goodness! This was truly a day to remember!!!! Check out the beautiful pictures we got.

One of our road stops!

Beautiful! you always have the best pictures. Maybe because they are all of Hawaii. My forever favorite place on earth.
